COURSE
We spend all day long engaged in action. What does philosophy say as to how this can take place in a way that is not limiting but liberating? Have you ever wondered what creates, sustains and completes an action?
A prerequisite for enrolment:
Completion of The Wisdom Within, Happiness, Love, Presence of Mind & Freedom courses.
WHAT IS THE COURSE ABOUT?
Over the term, our enquiry addresses questions such as:
How can we act without any pressure from within or without?
What blocks or hinders action?
What is the effect when we properly attend to anyone or anything?
Is there a way of acting with complete freedom?
What creates, sustains and completes an action?

COURSE FORMATS
FACE-TO-FACE
- 10-12 sessions
- Weekly face-to-face group sessions with a Tutor
- 2.5 hour sessions
- Course may include onsite workshop*
- Light refreshments served (Subject to COVID guidelines)
ONLINE
- 11 sessions
- Weekly live online group sessions with a Tutor
- 90 minute sessions
- Course includes a 1.5hr online workshop
- Refreshments not included
*Varies depending on location
